Delivery
Delivery will be made through the provider chosen at the time of checkout. Most of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail but in the instances of parcels heavier than 2kg we may use Evri, DPD or UPS.
International parcels are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri or DPD.
Your parcel will be shipped to the address filled out at the time of ordering. Please ensure you enter the correct address at the time of ordering as we cannot take responsibility for parcels missing or returned due to insufficient or incorrect addresses. You will not be offered free replacements in these events.
Standard delivery is 2nd Class Untracked delivery. Upgrades are available at the checkout.
If your order is returned to us due to non-collection from your sorting office, you will be required to pay a re-shipping fee in this instance.
In the event that postal services are unable to be accessed for reasons beyond our control (i.e Act of God) then parcels will be dispatched at the next available opportunity. Refunds will not be provided for items which have already progressed into and past ‘processing’.
Cancellations / Returns
If you change your mind about your order you have 48 hours from placing the order to cancel. Once your order has progressed into ‘processing’ status it can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation please email [email protected] quoting your order number.
If you do not provide information for your order within 7 days your order will be placed on hold.
Orders which have been on hold for more than 12 months will be canceled without refund.
We always do our best to ensure that all orders are made to your complete satisfaction, however if for any reason your order is faulty upon receipt you will be issued a replacement. In some circumstances we may require the item back for inspection before a replacement / refund can be issued.
As our items are custom made to order we do not accept returns due to ‘change of mind’.
