How to order:
Choose your base colour, this will be the backing of the sign.
Choose your accent colour, don’t worry if you’d like more than one, this can be discussed during the design process, if you’d like any mirror colours though make sure you choose that as your selection.
Tell us about what you’d like. For example, I’d like my business name in a retro font along side an instagram icon in mirror gold, with a shaped surround. Simples! Not sure? Don’t worry, we can chat about that during the design process, the most important thing to select is the right size.
Choose your size, if you’d like a custom shape just choose the size that your shape will fit inside.
Want to include your logo? We prefer to work with vector files for this, so just upload your PDF, AI, SVG or EPS file here. Don’t have a vector file? Drop us an email on [email protected] with your artwork and we can let you know if its suitable.
If you’d like to add a contactless link to your booking page / social media page then select to add an NFC tag to your design.
Want text such as your social media handles / web address? Select to add vinyl text to your sign.
Once we reach your order in the queue we’ll be in touch to discuss your design requirements and set up proofs. Before anything is cut, proofs will need to be approved, so please ensure you provide an email address you can access when ordering. Once approved your gorgeous sign will be created and shipped via Royal Mail tracked 24.
Please allow up to 14 working days from ordering for our acrylic signs, they’re worth the wait though, we promise!

How to submit your artwork & check your proofs
All of our products* include design setup using your branding.  Simply upload your logo and any supporting graphics such as QR codes or inspiration images when adding your product to the basket. Pop the information you’d like to include in the ‘additional information’ section. This can be any contact info you’d like to include, layout instructions or things you think we might need to know when creating your designs. If we need anything else when we reach your order, we’ll be in touch to ask for it, don’t worry.

Having trouble? Don’t panic. If you’re not able to attach the items you need to, you can just send any relevant information and attachments over to us via email to [email protected] after ordering, just be sure to include your order number in your email.
When we reach your order in the queue (check the header for current processing times) we’ll upload your proofs to your account, and you’ll be notified of this via email. From there, you can suggest changes or simply let us know they’re good to go to print!
You’ll be emailed every step of the way, so make sure you’ve entered the correct email address at the checkout.
*Stickers are usually printed with the artwork you upload such as your logo or design, and don’t include design setup as standard, but this can be added if required.
